Our multi-purpose cabin can serve as an excellent meeting venue or as convenient access accommodation.
Internal decor includes some family memorabilia and magnificent old oil paintings by D Chas Berlowitz, which formerly hung in the Pennell mansion, “Tullavin” in Brighton, Melbourne.
Meeting venue features:
- Additional chairs to potentially seat a group of up to 20 people.
- A whiteboard and TV with wifi and HDMI cable connectivity.
- Reverse cycle air conditioning.
- A refreshment area with a large urn and mugs available.
- A kitchenette (including a fridge, microwave, 1 burner stove top), plus servery which can be used by caterers (who may be hired locally).
- A bathroom with toilet and hand-basin, which together with the nearby Amenities building, provides ample facilities for group seminars or training activities.
- A large outdoor deck overlooks the grassy campground. It contains a large outdoors table and chairs. There is room to bring more chairs out onto the deck and relax in the great outdoors.
- 2 car park spaces near the cabin but many more parking spaces about 60 metres away in the RV carpark.
Convenient access accommodation features:
- A spacious cabin with a fold-out sofa bed, suitable for couples, and another sofa bed suitable for a child.
- Lounge with TV and wifi.
- Easy entry via a ramp, through a spacious deck area and into the building via a wide sliding door.
- Indoor dining area with a table and chairs.
- Outdoor dining area with a table and chairs.
- Bathroom with toilet and hand-basin.
- An amenities building approximately 20 metres away (for showers and additional toilets) which also has ramp access to both the male and female facilities.
- Two car parking spaces nearby.
All areas are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. For overnight EV charging (cost $20) a 15A outlet is available ~20m away.
